What are the benefits of the Rail Freight Master Plan? What does Brexit mean for the logistics segment? What are the challenges, advantages and disadvantages of digitisation for logistics companies? These and other questions will be discussed by logistics industry players at this year’s transport logistic from 4 to 7 June at Messe M\u00fcnchen. With over 2,000 international exhibitors, transport logistic is the world’s leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management, and every two years it offers a comprehensive programme on the logistics market, trends and innovations in the sector.<\/p>\n

Both the conference programme and the Career Day will focus, among other things, on the lack of specialists in the logistics sector. On the career day of transport logistic, employers and employees will meet directly on site at JobMatching – a kind of speed dating. The search for junior staff, changed job profiles and requirements will also be discussed live by high-ranking representatives from the business and logistics sectors. A further highlight of the fair are the specific logistics networks, such as air cargo Europe, where the air freight industry exchanges information, and metropolitan logistic. Here, everything revolves around the “logistics of the last mile”, i.e. CEP services and city logistics, such as competition for space on inner-city roads or the topic of sustainability in city logistics.<\/p>\n
